Mr Stephens' class performed a scene from William Shakespeare's Macbeth to the whole school on the final day of half term.
Mr Stephens' class have been studying William Shakespeare's Macbeth in their literacy lessons.
The children studied the 'Banquo's Ghost' scene in detail and then all translated it into modern English. To bring the play to life the children also all performed the scene in front of the class. A group of children then performed both the original Shakespearean scene, and a humorous version written by Alex Gresty and Rebecca Murphy to the whole school in assembly. The performances were fantastic and showed just how much the children enjoyed and understood the play.
